The Form 4 filed on August 1, 2025 (the "Original Filing") (and subsequent Form 4s reflecting this information) inadvertently reported that 20,661 shares of common stock purchased on July 30, 2025 were indirectly held by the Reporting Person through Osiris Investment Partners, L.P. ("Osiris"). However, such shares were held directly by the Reporting Person. After adjusting for the foregoing and further technical adjustments, the Reporting Person (i) directly beneficially owned 557,245 shares of Common Stock and (ii) indirectly, through Osiris, beneficially owned 423,704 shares of Common Stock, in each case immediately prior to the transaction reported herein. This Form 4 reflects the Reporting Person's correct beneficial ownership following the transaction reported herein. No change in the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest resulted from these corrections. The price reported is a weighted average price.
