| Subsequent Events | 12. Subsequent Events Dividends Declared On April 27, 2026, the Company’s Board approved a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, payable on June 30, 2026 to stockholders of record on June 15, 2026.
2026 Insurance Policy On April 1, 2026, the Adviser entered into a new property insurance agreement that had an aggregate amount of $3,000,000 (the “2026 Aggregate Amount”) which was allocated across properties managed by the Adviser with approximately $2.0 million being allocated to the Company. |
