| RELATED PARTIES | RELATED PARTIES The Company paid Cerberus Technology Solutions, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. ("Cerberus"), fees totaling approximately $2.7 million, $4.0 million and $5.5 million for fiscal 2025, fiscal 2024 and fiscal 2023, respectively, for information technology advisory and implementation services in connection with modernizing the Company's information systems. The Company's payments to Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus, were immaterial for fiscal 2025, fiscal 2024 and fiscal 2023, for consulting services provided in connection with improving the Company's operations.
