There have been no material changes to the Company’s commitments and contingencies from those disclosed in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2023. As of July 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company had no ongoing lease right-of-use assets or lease liabilities.
