| GOODWILL | GOODWILL We have goodwill that resulted from business combinations. The carrying value of goodwill is evaluated for impairment on an annual basis or whenever events or circumstances indicate that the value of goodwill may be impaired. We performed our prior year annual impairment test as of October 1, 2025 and determined that the estimated fair value of each reporting unit exceeded its carrying value, and no impairment existed. No additions, impairments or other changes occurred during the three months ended March 31, 2026. The following is a summary of the carrying value of goodwill by reporting unit: While we believe the estimates and assumptions in the estimated fair value are reasonable, the actual results may differ from projections. To the extent projected results or cash flows are revised downward, the reporting unit may be required to write down all or a portion of its goodwill, which would adversely impact our earnings.
