POMDOCTOR LIMITED (the “Company”) will not be able to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “2025 Form 20-F”) on or prior to the prescribed due date because the Company requires additional time to review its financial statements to finalize the 2025 Form 20-F. The Company expects to file its 2025 Form 20-F once the consolidated financial statements for inclusion therein become available.
