The performance and accounting history of the Predecessor Fund was assumed by the Fund. Performance information included herein is that of the Predecessor Fund for the period prior to the Reorganization. The Predecessor Fund was managed by a different sub-adviser using different investment strategies. The performance shown below would have differed if Los Angeles Capital had managed the Predecessor Fund pursuant to the Fund’s current strategies prior to the Reorganization. |
