On March 2, 2026, Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as trustee for the Certificateholders of BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2023-C19, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2023-C19 (the “Trust”), acting by and through the special servicer for the Trust, K-Star Asset Management LLC, filed a complaint in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York against Starwood Mortgage Capital LLC, as sponsor (the “Sponsor”) with respect to alleged breaches of certain representations related to the 2 Executive mortgage loan and requests that the Sponsor repurchase the mortgage loan.
