Blackstone Intermediary Holdco L.L.C. is the sole member of Blackstone Harvest Holdco L.L.C. Blackstone Securities Partners L.P. is the sole member of Blackstone Intermediary Holdco L.L.C. Blackstone Advisory Services L.L.C. is the general partner of Blackstone Securities Partners L.P.
