INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3 — INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING In the Initial Public Offering on February 17, 2026, the Company sold 10,000,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one Public Share and one Public Right, with each Public Right entitling the holder to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial Business Combination. Total offering costs allocated to the Initial Public Offering that were charged to additional paid-in capital amounted to $58,990.
