First Quarter Highlights • Net income was $88.2 million with diluted EPS of $0.94 and adjusted diluted EPS (non- GAAP)(1) of $0.93 • Net interest margin was 3.87%, down 2 basis points linked quarter; adjusted net interest margin (non-GAAP)(1) decreased 1 basis point linked quarter to 3.61% • Return on assets was 1.33% for the first quarter of 2026, up from 0.94% in the first quarter of 2025 • Return on average equity for the first quarter of 2026 was 9.20%, up from 6.25% in the first quarter of 2025; return on average tangible common equity (non-GAAP)(1) was 16.36% for the first quarter of 2026, up from 10.16% in the first quarter of 2025 • Loans decreased $71.8 million, or 1.5% annualized • Deposits increased $626.4 million linked quarter. Seasonal increases in public fund deposits contributed $380.4 million to the overall increase.
