HCA Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on April 23, 2026. At the Annual Meeting, a total of 209,777,472 shares of the Company’s common stock, out of a total of 223,568,966 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote as of the record date for the Annual Meeting, were represented in person or by proxy.
