Opinion on the consolidated Financial Statements We have audited the accompanying consolidated statements of financial position of Canagold Resources Ltd. (the “Company”), as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, and the related consolidated statements of comprehensive loss, changes in shareholders’ equity, and cash flows for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023 and the related notes and schedules (collectively referred to as the “financial statements”).
